Michelle And Uri Kranot
Michelle and Uri Kranot are husband-and-wife filmmakers and animators. Their best known work to date is '' The Hangman at Home'', winner of the 2020 Grand Jury Prize for Best Immersive Work at Venice Biennale and the 2021 Best XR work at Cannes Film Festival. Early lives and career Michelle and Uri Kranot were born in Israel, and both graduated with honors from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem. Uri's 2001 student film, ''Avinu Malkenu,'' was an official selection at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival. Eurimages is a cultural support fund of the Council of Europe, established in . Eurimages promotes independent filmmaking by providing financial support to feature-length fiction, animation, and documentary films. Tom Gauld (born 1976) is a Scottish cartoonist and illustrator. His style reflects his self-professed fondness of "deadpan comedy, flat dialogue, things happening offstage and impressive characters". The 77th annual Venice International Film Festival was held from 2 to 12 September 2020, at Venice Lido in Italy. Albeit in a "more restrained format" due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the festival held all its screenings with public presence. Australian actress Cate Blanchett was Jury President of the main competition. Italian actress Anna Foglietta hosted the opening and closing nights of the festival. Carl Sandburg
Carl August Sandburg (January 6, 1878 – July 22, 1967) was an American poet, biographer, journalist, and editor. He won three Pulitzer Prizes: two for his poetry and one for his biography of Abraham Lincoln. Erik Walter Gandini (born 14 August 1967) is an Italian-Swedish film director, writer, producer and professor of documentary film at Stockholm University of the Arts. His film '' The Swedish Theory of Love'' premiered at the 2015 Stockholm International Film Festival. Encounters Film Festival is a short film, animation and VR festival in Bristol, England. Based in Bristol, Encounters runs a six-day festival in September and its main venues are Watershed, Bristol Beacon and Arnolfini, on Bristol’s harbourside. The Brooklyn Film Festival (BFF), prior to 2011 called the Brooklyn International Film Festival (BiFF) is an independent film festival held every June in New York City.
