Michael Pärt Musik is an Icelandic-Estonian film music, sound and music production company founded by music producer Michael Pärt. The company is focused on score and soundtrack productions for feature films, TV and documentaries. In addition to producing, Michael Pärt Musik deals with engineering, editing, mixing and a little composing as well. Some of the highlights of the company include collaborations with film director Francis Ford Coppola, composers Howard Shore, Richard Harvey, Osvaldo Golijov, rock band Arcade Fire and Icelandic pop artist Björk. Michael Pärt
Michael Pärt (, born 17 August 1977) is an Estonian music producer and music editor. Since 2010 he is chairman of the board of the Arvo Pärt Centre. He also owns the music editing company Michael Pärt Musik. Biography Michael Pärt was born as the younger son of classical composer Arvo Pärt and his wife Nora. In 1980 the family left the Soviet Union for political reasons. Michael Pärt spent his childhood and youth in Austria, Germany, and the United Kingdom before returning to Estonia in 2008. He holds a Master's degree in Music for Composing for Film and TV with distinction from Kingston University in London. ''Volta'' is the sixth studio album by the Icelandic singer Björk, released on 1 May 2007 by One Little Independent Records. It features contributions from multiple artists, including Björk's longtime collaborator Mark Bell and the producers Timbaland and Danja. The album received positive reviews and is Björk's first and only album to reach the top 10 on the US ''Billboard'' 200, peaking at number nine. ''Volta'' spent nine weeks at number one on the US Top Electronic Albums chart and in the first three months of release sold over half a million copies worldwide. In the United Kingdom it was certified silver. Prince Chatrichalerm Yukol (; ; born 29 November 1942), or usually known by his nickname Mui (), is a Thai film director, screenwriter film producer and National Artist Performing Arts branch (Movie and TV Drama director) in 2001.
