Michael Hamilton (politician)
Sir Michael Aubrey Hamilton (5 July 1918 – 3 July 2000) was a British Conservative Party politician. Hamilton was educated at Radley and University College, Oxford. He was a director of Royal Exchange Assurance and of Army & Navy Stores. Hamilton was elected member of parliament (MP) for Wellingborough in 1959, which he lost in 1964. He was then elected for Salisbury at a 1965 by-election, which he represented until he retired in 1983. He was an opposition whip from 1961 to 1964, a senior one from the second year (a Lord Commissioner of the Treasury). He was knighted in the 1983 Birthday Honours. Mike Hamilton (August 13, 1963 – November 10, 2023) was an American athletic director. He was the Men's Director of Athletics at the University of Tennessee. Hamilton replaced Doug Dickey in 2003, becoming the University of Tennessee's seventh men's athletic director. Michael Hamilton (American Football)
Michael Antonio Hamilton (born December 3, 1973) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker for four seasons in the National Football League (NFL), primarily with the San Diego Chargers. He played college football for the North Carolina A&T Aggies Hamilton was born in Greenville, South Carolina. As a high school student he played basketball, football and participated in track and field. He won the state championship as a basketball player his senior year. In track and field he was also a state champion as a junior and senior in the 400-meter run and the 400-meter relay. Hamilton only played football his senior year in high school. He was a dominant defensive end and was named Southside High School's "Athlete Of The Year" in 1992.
