The Mexican National Lightweight Championship (''Campeonato Nacional de Peso Ligero'' in Spanish) is a Mexican professional wrestling singles championship created and sanctioned by ''Comisión de Box y Lucha Libre Mexico D.F.'' ("the Mexico City Boxing and Wrestling Commission" in Spanish). Although the Commission sanctions the title, it does not promote the events in which the title is defended. As it is a professional wrestling championship, it is not won legitimately; it is instead won via a scripted ending to a match or awarded to a wrestler because of a storyline. Co., Ltd. (CMLL; , "World Wrestling Council") is a ''lucha libre'' professional wrestling promotion based in Mexico City. The promotion was previously known as (EMLL) (''Mexican Wrestling Enterprise''). Founded in 1933, it is the oldest professional wrestling promotion still in existence. Vicente Serrano (born 1973) is a Mexican Lucha Libre, luchador, or Professional wrestling, professional wrestler, best known under the ring name "Fire", a Mini-Estrella, or "Mini". He was best known for appearing for (CMLL) in their ''Mini-Estrella'' division under the name Bracito de Oro (Spanish for "Little Golden Arm"). Aguirre's real name was not a matter of public record until he was unmasked by Pequeño Black Warrior on April 30, 2010. The term ''Mini-Estrella'' (Spanish language, Spanish for "Mini-Star") is used in lucha libre to describe a division of short professional wrestling, professional wrestlers or ''luchadors'', some of whom have dwarfism. The Mexican ''Mini-Estrellas'' are comparable to Midget wrestling, midget wrestlers who compete internationally, but with the notable exception that some of the ''Mini-Estrellas'' do not have dwarfism but are simply short.
