Menstrual Hygiene Day (MHD, MH Day in short) is an annual list of minor secular observances#May, awareness day on May 28 to highlight the importance of good menstrual hygiene management (MHM) at a global level. Menstruation
Menstruation (also known as a period, among other colloquial terms) is the regular discharge of blood and Mucous membrane, mucosal tissue from the endometrium, inner lining of the uterus through the vagina.
