Meghan Stabile
Meghan Erin Stabile (July 26, 1982 – June 12, 2022) was an American jazz promoter, producer and organizer who was described by the '' New York Times'' in a 2013 profile as a "modern Impresario". She was the founder and chief executive officer of Revive Music Group, a New York-based jazz promotion and strategy company. She organized shows and concerts to promote black American music. Early life Meghan Stabile was born on July 26, 1982, in Corpus Christi, Texas. She grew up in Dover, New Hampshire, and was raised by her grandmother and an aunt. She never met her father and was estranged from her mother, Gina Marie Skidds, who died in 2021. Ravi Coltrane (born August 6, 1965) is an American jazz saxophonist. Co-owner of the record label RKM Music, he has produced pianist Luis Perdomo, guitarist David Gilmore, and trumpeter Ralph Alessi. Don Was
Don Edward Fagenson (born September 13, 1952), known professionally as Don Was, is an American musician, record producer and record executive. Primarily a bass player, Was co-founded the funk-rock band Was (Not Was). In later years he produced songs and albums for many popular recording artists including, since 1994, The Rolling Stones. In 2012, he became president of jazz music label Blue Note Records. Savion Glover (born November 19, 1973) is an American tap dancer, actor, and choreographer. Early life The youngest of three sons, Glover was born to a white father, who left the family before he was born, and a black mother.
