Narayanganj ( bn, নারায়ণগঞ্জ ''Naraeongônj'') is a city in central Bangladesh. Narayanganj City Corporation ( bn, নারায়ণগঞ্জ সিটি কর্পোরেশন - in short: NCC) established in 2011, is one of the city corporations of Bangladesh. It was formed comprising Narayanganj Town, Siddhirganj Municipal area and Kadamrasul Municipality. Salina Hayat Ivy (born 5 June 1966) is a Bangladeshi politician, physician, and the first and incumbent mayor of Narayanganj City Corporation. Ivy has been given the status of State Minister on 8 August 2022 along with the Mayor of Chattragram. She won third time as the Mayor in the Narayanganj City Corporation election in 2022. Early life and education Selina Hayat Ivy was born on 6 June 1966 in a political family of Narayanganj District.
