The City Mayor of Muntinlupa () is the chief executive of Muntinlupa, a highly urbanized city in Metro Manila, Philippines. The mayor oversees city governance, implements city ordinances, administers public services, and represents Muntinlupa at official events. Like all local government heads in the Philippines, the mayor is elected via popular vote, and may not be elected for a fourth consecutive term (although the former mayor may return to office after an interval of one term). In case of death, resignation, or incapacity, the vice mayor becomes the mayor. The city mayor is restricted to three consecutive terms, totaling nine years, and cannot be elected for a fourth consecutive term. However, a mayor can be elected again after an interval of one term. Rozzano Rufino "Ruffy" Bunoan Biazon (born March 20, 1969) is a Filipino politician serving as the 18th mayor of Muntinlupa since 2022. He previously represented Muntinlupa's at-large district in the Philippine House of Representatives from 2001 to 2010 and from 2016 to 2022. He has also served as Commissioner of Bureau of Customs from 2011 to 2013. From 1991 to 1992, he also served as a board member of the Videogram Regulatory Board. Ignacio Rivera Bunye (born April 19, 1945) is a Filipino public official who retired in 2014 as a Monetary Board Member of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, a post he held since July 3, 2008. Prior to his appointment as a monetary board member, he served as the Press Secretary, acting Executive Secretary under Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, Congressman, and Mayor of Muntinlupa.
