Marvel Omnibus
''Marvel Omnibus'' is a line of large format, high quality, full color, hardcover graphic novel omnibuses published by Marvel Comics. They often contain complete runs, either by collecting multiple consecutive issues, or by focusing on the works of a particular writer or artist. The company's first experiment with a large hardcover was 2004's ''Ultimate Spider-Man Collection'', which was exclusively published by Barnes & Noble. The 992-page book cost $49.99 and had the same contents as the first three oversized hardcovers from Brian Michael Bendis' ''Ultimate Spider-Man''. This release did not use the 'omnibus' branding. Marvel's first official omnibus came a year later, with ''Fantastic Four Vol. 1'' in June 2005. With 848 pages, it collected the first 30 issues and an ''Annual'' of the comic. Not Brand Echh
''Not Brand Echh'' is a satiric comic book series published by Marvel Comics that parodied its own superhero stories as well as those of other comics publishers. Running for 13 issues ( cover-dated Aug. 1967 to May 1969), it included among its contributors such notable writers and artists as Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Gene Colan, Bill Everett, John and Marie Severin, and Roy Thomas. With issue #9, it became a 68-page, 25¢ "giant", relative to the typical 12¢ comics of the times. In 2017, a 14th issue was released. Its mascot, Forbush Man, introduced in the first issue, was a superhero wannabe with no superpowers and a costume of red long johns emblazoned with the letter "F" and a cooking pot, with eye-holes, covering his never-revealed head. Black Cat (Marvel Comics)
Black Cat is a character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Marv Wolfman and Dave Cockrum, the character first appeared in ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' #194 in July 1979 as an List of Spider-Man enemies, adversary of the superhero Spider-Man, although she later becomes his On-again, off-again relationship, on-off love interest and ally. In the Marvel Universe, Black Cat is the alter ego of Felicia Sara Hardy, the daughter of renowned cat burglar Walter Hardy. Trained in martial arts and acrobatics, she follows in her father's footsteps and initially comes into conflict with Spider-Man until the two fall in love, leading to a brief partnership in crime-fighting. ''The Vision and the Scarlet Witch'' is a series of comic books published by Marvel Comics. The comic features the Vision and Scarlet Witch, a couple and longtime members of the Avengers. Publication history Volume 1 Their first key series together was published in the beginning of November 1982 which contained four issues. The limited series was written by Bill Mantlo and pencilled by Rick Leonardi. In this series, the villain Magneto is retconned as the father of Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver while intending to give up his villainous ways of life. The West Coast Avengers is a fictional group of superheroes appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The team first appeared in ''The West Coast Avengers'' #1 (Sept. 1984), created by Roger Stern and Bob Hall (comics), Bob Hall. Savage Avengers
''Savage Avengers'' is the name of two Marvel Comics series where Conan the Barbarian teamed-up with Wolverine, the Punisher, Venom, Elektra, and Doctor Voodoo, written by Gerry Duggan with art by Mike Deodato. There was a preview of the series in the May 2019 Marvel's "Avengers" Free Comic Book Day issue. The premise of their team-up is that these heroes must work together when the evil wizards of Conan's world start trading spells with the Hand in Japan.
