Mark Williams (Scottish Footballer)
Mark Williams (born 15 May 1995) is a Scottish footballer who plays as a defender. Career Williams began his career at St Mirren, being first included in a matchday squad for their 0–4 home defeat to Celtic on 5 January 2014. He was an unused substitute in this match, and ten more over the remainder of the season and the following campaign, never making a senior appearance. After being released by St Mirren, Williams trialled at Scottish Championship club Alloa Athletic, where on 16 July 2015 he was given a one-year contract by his former St Mirren manager Danny Lennon. Nine days later he made his debut, playing the full 90 minutes as they won 1–0 at Highland League team Brora Rangers in the first round of the Scottish Challenge Cup. On 8 August he played his first league game, a 3–1 loss away to Queen of the South. Gayfield Park
Gayfield Park, commonly known as Gayfield, is a football stadium in Arbroath, Angus, Scotland. It is the home ground of Scottish Professional Football League team Arbroath F.C. The club have played at Gayfield since 1880, although the pitch has only been on its current alignment since the ground was redeveloped in 1925. The ground has a capacity of , including 861 seats. History Arbroath F.C. was formed in 1878 and played at Woodville Park and Hospitalfield before acquiring a former rubbish tip on the seafront to build Gayfield. The new ground was opened in 1880, with the first match being a Scottish Cup tie against Rob Roy. The Scottish League Two, known as cinch League Two for sponsorship reasons, is the fourth tier of the Scottish Professional Football League, the league competition for men's professional football clubs in Scotland. The Scottish League Two was established in July 2013, after the Scottish Professional Football League was formed by a merger of the Scottish Premier League and Scottish Football League. Since the 2014–15 season, the bottom team has entered a play-off against the winner of a play-off between the winners of the Highland and Lowland Leagues for a place in the following season's competition. The Scottish Highland Football League (SHFL, commonly known as the Highland League) is a senior association football, football league based in the north of Scotland. The league sits at level 5 on the Scottish football league system, acting as a feeder to the Scottish Professional Football League.
