Marcia Yvette Gilbert-Roberts Order of St. Gregory the Great, DCSG Order of Distinction, CD is a Jamaican bureaucrat and diplomat who served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Jamaican Ambassador to several European countries including Germany, Spain and France.
