''Once Upon a Time in the West: The Original Soundtrack Recording'' is a soundtrack composed by Ennio Morricone, from the 1968 western film of the same name directed by Sergio Leone, released in 1972. The film score sold about 10 million copies worldwide. The soundtrack features leitmotifs that relate to each of the main characters of the film (each with their own theme music), as well as to the spirit of the American West. The theme music for Jill McBain, Claudia Cardinale's character, has wordless vocals by Italian singer Edda Dell'Orso. It was Leone's desire to have the music available and played during filming. Leone had Morricone compose the score before shooting started and would play the music in the background for the actors on set. In 2018, for the 50th anniversary of the film, the Italian records company "Beat Records" released a limited 500 copies edition. "Little Fluffy Clouds" is a single released by the British ambient house group the Orb. It was originally released in November 1990 on the record label Big Life and peaked at number 87 on the UK Singles Chart. The Orb also included it on their 1991 double album '' The Orb's Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld''. "Little Fluffy Clouds" was re-released several times with different B-sides, with its 1993 re-release reaching number 10 in the UK. It ranked number 275 in ''NMEs list of "The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time". Pitchfork Media ranked it number 40 on their list of the "Top 200 Tracks of the 1990s". Die Toten Hosen are a German punk rock band from Düsseldorf. The name is taken from the German slang idiom ''tote Hose'' (literally "dead trousers"), which means "nothing happening"; "boring". ''MAD 315'' is the album's catalogue number, used to distinguish it from their 1985 self-titled album, although the mini-album is sometimes referred to as ''Horses Fucking'' due to the cover image. 1986 CD reissue The mini-album was reissued on CD in 1986 with four additional tracks compiled from the band's singles. Colourbox were an English electronic musical group on the 4AD label, releasing a number of records between 1982 and 1987. The band was formed by brothers Martyn and Steve Young, Ian Robbins, and vocalist Debbion Currie. Currie and Robbins left the band in 1983, and Lorita Grahame joined as singer. Claude Challe
Claude Challe (born Claude Chalom in 1945 in Tunisia) is a French DJ and club owner, the co-creator of the Buddha Bar restaurant/clubs and music compilations. Challe moved to France at age three. He attended Rabbinical school as a young man. At the age of 19, he opened a hair salon in Paris, and became known as "the man with the golden scissors". Challe then abandoned the salon and lived as an expatriate on the island of Sardinia, in a hippie commune. He subsequently traveled to India, Nepal and Indonesia.
