''maintower'' is the tabloid magazine of the Hessischer Rundfunk broadcast on hr-fernsehen from Monday to Friday at 6:00 pm. The 25-minute programme covers tabloid topics with a focus on crime and accidents as well as other police and fire brigade missions in and around Hessen. Production Up until 2015 it was broadcast from the Main Tower in Frankfurt am Main (the "highest television studio in Europe"). Hessischer Rundfunk
(; "Hesse Broadcasting"), shortened to HR (; stylized as hr), is the German state of Hesse's public broadcasting corporation. Main Tower
Main Tower is a 56-storey, skyscraper in the Innenstadt (Frankfurt am Main), Innenstadt district of Frankfurt, Germany. It is named after the nearby Main (river), Main river. Sonya Kraus
Sonya Kraus (born 22 June 1973) is a German television presenter and former model. Biography At age four, Kraus started ballet school which eventually led her to music school in Frankfurt. She ended her ballet career in 1987 when she grew too tall, reaching 1.77m at the time.
