Natacha Randriantefy (born 14 March 1978) is a former professional tennis player from Madagascar. In her career, she won one singles title and eight doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit. On 5 August 2002, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 325. On the same date, she peaked at No. 173 in the doubles rankings. The 1997 Fed Cup was the 35th edition of the most important competition between national teams in women's tennis. The final took place at Brabant Hall in 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands on 4–5 October, with France defeating the Netherlands to win their first title. Randriantefy has won seven singles and 3 doubles titles on the ITF circuit in her career. On 11 April 2005, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 44. Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent ( singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court. The 2018 Fed Cup was the 56th edition of the most important tournament between national teams in women's tennis. The 2018 Fed Cup was expected to feature some structural changes, including a 16-team World Group and the introduction of a Final Four event at a neutral, predetermined location. However, the ITF announced shortly before their annual meeting that they were tabling a vote on the changes for at least one year.
