''Ma'' is the tenth studio album by Venezuelan-American musician Devendra Banhart. It was released on September 13, 2019 on Nonesuch Records. The album was produced by Banhart's longtime collaborator Noah Georgeson and was then recorded in California at 64 Sound and Sea Horse Studios in Los Angeles and Anderson Canyons in Big Sur. The album presents interwoven themes of motherhood, global politics, life and death through songs in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese. Critical reception "Ma" was met with generally favorable reviews from critics. Carole King Klein (born Carol Joan Klein; February 9, 1942) is an American singer, songwriter, and musician who has been active since 1958, initially as one of the staff songwriters at 1650 Broadway and later as a solo artist. It catalogs more than three million album entries and 30 million tracks, as well as information on musicians and bands. Initiated in 1991, the database was first made available on the Internet in 1994. AllMusic is owned by RhythmOne.
