"Luce (Tramonti a nord est)" (translating to 'Light (Sunsets in the North-East)') is a song by Italian singer Elisa released on March 6, 2001 as the fourth and final single from the second studio album '' Asile's World''. The English version of the song, "Come Speak to Me" was published in 2002. The song won the annual Sanremo Music Festival, being awarded with six awards, including the "Mia Martini Critics' Award" and the "Songwriter Award". The song is considered a classic of Italian music culture of the new millennium by Italian music critics and one of the best song in Sanremo Festival's history, being included in numerous publications and lists, including '' Rolling Stone Italia'', ''TV Sorrisi e Canzoni'', ''Rockol'', and ''Panorama''. The Sanremo Music Festival 2013 (), officially the 63rd Italian Song Festival (), was the 63rd annual Sanremo Music Festival, a televised song contest held at the Teatro Ariston in Sanremo, Liguria, between 12 and 16 February 2013 and broadcast by (RAI). The show was presented by Fabio Fazio with Italian comedy actress Luciana Littizzetto. The competition featured two different sections. The Big Artists section included 14 established Italian artists, competing with two songs each. During the semi-finals, a song for each artist was eliminated as a result of votes received by public and journalists. Giulio Rapetti (born 17 August 1936), best known as Mogol (), is an Italian music lyricist. He is best known for his collaborations with Lucio Battisti, Gianni Bella, Marcella Bella, Adriano Celentano and Mango (singer), Mango. Career Mogol was born in Milan. His father, Mariano Rapetti, was an important director of the Casa Ricordi, Ricordi record label, and had been in his own time a successful lyricist of the 1950s. Young Giulio, who was likewise employed by Ricordi as a public relations expert, began his own career as a lyricist against his father's wishes. He began using the pseudonym Mogol because it was the one that got approved by the SIAE (the Italian Society of Authors and Publishers) after none of the 30 he had proposed earlier were accepted.
