Lucas Gil
Lucas Barbosa Gil (born May 15, 1984) is a Brazilian male model and Mister Brazil World 2007. He represented Brazil to attend Mister World 2007 pageant on March 31, 2007, in Sanya, People's Republic of China and won the first Runner up. Later, he attended International Man 2007 contest on November 18, 2007 was held in Bali, Indonesia and won the second Runner up. Early life and education Lucas Gil is from Votuporanga, an inner city of São Paulo, Brazil. He completed a degree in Nutrition, but changed career direction when he entered and won the 2007 "Mr Brazil" beauty contest. He then went to "Mr World" where he was proclaimed first runner up and started to represent his country around the world. Modeling Off the back of his success in modelling he was able to move to New York in 2009 to focus on his career as a runway model. Votuporanga
Votuporanga is a municipality in the Northwest of the São Paulo state, Brazil. The city is located 520 km from São Paulo. The population of the city, according to the IBGE, is 95,338 inhabitants. Votuporanga is the center of a Microregion with 159,475 inhabitants. In 2018, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Votuporanga was formed by Pope Francis. Mister World
The Mister World competition is a male beauty pageant sponsored by the Miss World Organisation. The competition was founded in 1996. The entrants compete in various activities including waterskiing, mountain biking, and marathon running. The current Mister World is Jack Heslewood, an Aerospace Engineer from England, who was crowned on 23 August 2019 in Manila. Mister Brazil (or Mister Brasil CNB, in Portuguese) is a male beauty contest held annually which aims to choose the best contestant to represent their country with honor in the traditional international Mister World contest. The Brazilian representatives began to be sent from the year 1996, with the paulista Thierre Garrito.
