Lost In Oz (TV Pilot)
''Lost in Oz'' is an American animated television series that premiered on August 7, 2017, on Amazon Prime Video. Originally part of a pilot program, the pilot episode was later re-released as ''Lost in Oz: Extended Adventure'' on November 2, 2016, combining the first three episodes. The full series was released later. Synopsis Dorothy Gale is a precocious child who, with her dog Toto, is swept up to the Land of Oz without a clear way home. To travel back, Dorothy must collect all the different types of magical elements with her newfound friends, the streetwise witch West and friendly Munchkin Ojo, while a sinister plot unfolds around them. Glinda
Glinda is a fictional character created by L. Frank Baum for his ''Oz'' novels. She first appears in Baum's 1900 children's classic ''The Wonderful Wizard of Oz'', and is the most powerful sorceress in the Land of Oz, ruler of the Quadling Country South of the Emerald City, and protector of Princess Ozma. Scarecrow (Oz)
The Scarecrow is a character in the fictional Land of Oz created by American author L. Frank Baum and illustrator W.W. Denslow. In his first appearance, the Scarecrow reveals that he lacks a brain and desires above all else to have one. In reality, he is only two days old and merely naïve. Throughout the course of the novel, he proves to have the brains he seeks and is later recognized as "the wisest man in all of Oz," although he continues to credit the Wizard for them. He is, however, wise enough to know his own limitations and all too happy to hand the rulership of Oz to Princess Ozma and become one of her trusted advisors, though he typically spends more time having fun than advising. Cowardly Lion
The Cowardly Lion is a character in the fictional Land of Oz created by American author L. Frank Baum. He is depicted as an African lion, and like all animals in Oz, he can speak. Although he often self-doubt, doubts himself, the Cowardly Lion nonetheless often demonstrates bravery in the face of danger. Since lions are supposed to be "The King of Beasts", the Cowardly Lion worries his own fear makes him inadequate, failing to understand that courage is not a lack of fear, but acting in the face of fear. His fear is alleviated only in the aftermath of the Wizard's gift, when he is under the influence of a liquid substance the Wizard orders him to drink. ''The Patchwork Girl of Oz'' is the seventh book in L. Frank Baum's List of Oz books, Oz series. Characters include the List of Oz characters (created by Baum), Woozy, Ojo the Lucky, Ojo "the Unlucky", List of Oz characters (created by Baum), Unc Nunkie, List of Oz characters (created by Baum), Dr. Pipt, List of Oz characters (created by Baum), Scraps (the patchwork girl), and others. The Land of Oz is a fantasy world introduced in the 1900 children's novel ''The Wonderful Wizard of Oz'' written by L. Frank Baum and illustrated by William Wallace Denslow, W. W. Denslow.
