AÄŸrı İbrahim Çeçen University (, ICUA) is a public higher educational institution located in AÄŸrı, Eastern Anatolia in Turkey. It was formerly the Faculty of Education linked to the Atatürk University of Erzurum. Afyon Kocatepe University is a state university in Afyonkarahisar, Turkey. It was established on July 3, 1992. In the 2021-22 academic year, a total of 29992 students were studying as 9534 associate degree, 17458 undergraduate, 2533 graduate and 467 doctoral students. Adıyaman () is a city in southeastern Turkey. It is the administrative centre of Adıyaman Province and Adıyaman District. Its population is 267,131 (2021). The inhabitants of the city are mostly Turkish and Kurdish. The city was one of the worst affected by the February 2023 Turkey-Syria earthquakes.
