This list of tallest buildings in Florida ranks the tallest buildings ( or higher) in the U.S. state of Florida by height. The tallest building in the state is the 85- story Panorama Tower, which rises in the City of Miami's Brickell neighborhood and was completed in 2017. As of 2025, the top 10 tallest buildings in Florida are all located in Miami. Florida has 45 buildings that are or higher. The majority are located in the City of Miami, and over 94% are in the Greater Miami area while the rest are in the Tampa and Jacksonville areas. None of them are in the Orlando area. Aston is an area of inner Birmingham, in the county of the West Midlands, England. Aston Martin Residences is a 66-story skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States, located in Downtown Miami along the Miami River and Biscayne Bay. It is the tallest all-residential building south of New York City, though it is slightly shorter than the Panorama Tower in nearby Brickell. The building features a helipad on the roof and a full-service marina that can accommodate superyachts. The building contains 391 residences, with 99% of those residences have been sold as of 6 May, 2024. Panorama Tower is a mixed-use 85-story skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. Located in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, it is the tallest building in Miami, and the tallest building in Florida. Construction on Panorama Tower was put on hold during the 2007-2009 Great Recession. The project was revived in 2012 when owner Tibor Hollo hired Moshe Cosicher, AIA Architect, to redesign the project. In 2013, the project was revised; the tower includes residential, hotel, retail, and office space. Panorama Tower overtook the Four Seasons Hotel Miami as tallest when it topped out in late 2017. The project is the first development in the City of Miami to be funded in part by EB-5 visas.
