There are many list of places where social nudity is practised, places where social nudity is practised for recreation in Europe. The following list includes nude beaches (also known as clothing-optional beaches or free beaches) and some naturist resorts. Albania Naturism is not legal in Albania with public nudity being frowned upon by local authorities and communities. However, there exists a few spots mainly in the south where nudity is tolerated as follows: *Dhermi beach at Dave's Bay near Gjileke and Drymades has been a popular naturist beach, however the construction of hotel complexes nearby has made almost impossible the practice of naturism. *Zvernec at Dalan Beach near Porto Novo is popular with foreign naturist campers. However local authorities have prohibited camping from the resulting pollution as service facilities do not exist inside the protected area. Alepu
Alepu is a swamp on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, situated within Burgas Province, 6.5 kilometers south of the resort town of Sozopol. It is long and up to wide, with an area of . Since 1986, the area has been designated a nature reserve due to the large variety of rare and protected water birds who live there, and has sustained significant interest from local and foreign ornithologists. The sand dunes adjacent to the reserve have also been designated as protected. Because of the lax protection from the local authorities, illegal hunting and fishing remain a threat to the reserve. It forms part of the Ropotamo Important Bird Area. The beach across from Alepu is known for its scenery and aquamarine water. Ahtopol
Ahtopol ( , ) is a town and seaside resort on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. Bredene
Bredene (; ) is a municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality only comprises the town of Bredene proper. On 1 January 2006, Bredene had a total population of 15,118. The total area is 13.08 km2 which gives a population density of 1156 inhabitants per km2. Bredene is situated at the Belgian coast and makes its income mostly out of tourism. In the period of July and August, the population doubles due to many events that attract people from everywhere. Waimes (; ; ) is a Municipalities of Belgium, municipality of Wallonia located in the Liège Province, province of Liège, Belgium. On January 1, 2006, Waimes had a total population of 6,728. The total area is 96.93 km2 which gives a population density of 69 inhabitants per km2.
