Tacámbaro is a municipality in the western part of the Mexican state of Michoacán. Its largest city and municipal seat is Heroica Tacámbaro de Codallos. The city is located at . Peñitas Dam
The Peñitas Dam, also known as ''Ángel Albino Corzo'', is a dam with a hydro-electric power station on the river Rio Grijalva, 83 km south west of the city of Villahermosa, lying in the municipality of Ostuacán in the state of Chiapas in southern Mexico. The power station has an installed production effect of 420 MW from four turbines, and an annual production of 2.035 TWh. History Construction on the dam began in 1979 and the river was diverted in October 1983. In June 1986, the dam structure was completed along with the right spillway and by July of that year, the dam began to impound its reservoir. Tepic, Nayarit
Tepic () is the capital and largest city of the western Mexican state of Nayarit, as well as the seat of the Tepic Municipality.
