Božo Vrećo
Božo Vrećo ( sr-cyr, Божо Врећо; born 18 October 1983) is a Bosnian musician. Childhood Božo Vrećo was born in Foča, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SFR Yugoslavia on October 18, 1983. His father died when he was five years old, and he grew up with his mother and two sisters. His mother was an artist and encouraged Vrećo to paint and draw, as well as to learn music. He taught himself how to read and write music, as well as sing, from the Internet. As an effeminate boy, Vrećo experienced many struggles growing up in his provincial home town, and was frequently bullied. Boris Novković
Boris Novković (born 25 December 1967) is a Croatian singer-songwriter. He has been active since the 1980s. Biography Novković was born in Sarajevo, Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, SFR Yugoslavia. His interest in a musical career was cultivated by his family background, with mother Ozana who taught music, and father Đorđe Novković, Đorđe who was a leading Croatian songwriter and music manager. Bojan Hadzihalilovic
Bojan Hadzihalilovic (born 6 June 1964) is a Sarajevo-based graphic designer and creative director of a Bosnia and Herzegovina design company called Fabrika. He graduated from the Sarajevo Academy of Fine Arts in 1989 and with his colleague Lejla Mulabegovic formed the designer group called TRIO Sarajevo in 1989. From its founding until April 1992, they have designed some 50 important projects, including record covers of some of the most popular rock bands from Bosnia and Herzegovina, numerous design projects at many festivals in the former Yugoslavia, design of books, newspapers and film posters. Billain
Billain (born ''Adis Kutkut'') is a Bosnian drum and bass producer, DJ and sound designer from Sarajevo. He is mostly known for his distinctive style within the neurofunk genre and his collaborations with Frenkie and Edo Maajka. Career Billain was influenced as a pre-teen by the Bosnian War. During the four-year-long Siege of Sarajevo he began to draw and later discovered graffiti and created his first hip hop productions. In search of new possibilities to express his feelings originating in the siege, at first Billain taught himself how to produce techno music and later neurofunk. Bekim Fehmiu (; ; 1 June 1936 – 15 June 2010) was a Yugoslavian theater and film actor. He was the first Eastern European actor to star in Hollywood during the Cold War, and one of the internationally best-known ethnic Albanian actors. Biography Early life Fehmiu was born in Sarajevo, into an ethnic Albanian family originating from Gjakova, Kosovo. His father Ibrahim adopted his high-school nickname Fehmiu as a surname replacing the original Imer Halili. The family moved to Shkodër, Albania, where they spent three years, and in 1941 returned to Prizren where Bekim spent his childhood. Asim Ferhatović
Asim Ferhatović "Hase" (; 24 January 1933 – 23 January 1987) was a Bosnian professional footballer who played as a striker. He started his football career in 1948 with hometown club FK Sarajevo, for whom he made his first-team debut in 1952. Ferhatović remained with the club until his retirement in 1967, although he represented Fenerbahçe in the 1962–63 Turkish league season. He won a solitary cap for the Yugoslavia national team in 1961. Amra Silajdžić-Džeko (born October 1, 1984) is a Bosnian model and actress. Career In 2000, aged 16, Silajdžić won the French contest, Metropolitan Top Model.
