Khunjerab Pass
Khunjerab Pass (; ; ug, قونجىراپ ئېغىزى) is a mountain pass in the Karakoram Mountains, in a strategic position on the northern border of Pakistan ( Gilgit–Baltistan's Hunza and Nagar Districts) and on the southwest border of China (Xinjiang). Mutsjliga Pass is a mountain pass at near Khunjerab Pass. Etymology Its name is derived from two words of the local Wakhi language: "khun" means blood and "jerab" means a creek coming from a spring or waterfall. Notability The Khunjerab Pass is the highest-paved international border crossing in the world and the highest point on the Karakoram Highway. Hispar Pass, Pakistan
The Hispar Valley or Hispar (Urdu.وادی ہسپر) is the last Valley of Nagar Valley in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. The valley is located two kilometers below the snout of the 49 kilometer-long Hispar Glacier. It is about 28 km away from Nagar Khas and 25 km away from Hoper Valley. It can be reached from the Karakoram Highway by the road that leads towards Nagar and Hopar Valley. The Hispar valley links the Nagar District to the Shigar District via Hispar Pass at the altitude of 16,824 ft. Gomal Pass ( ps, ګومل) is a mountain pass on the Durand Line border between Afghanistan and the southeastern portion of South Waziristan in Pakistan's Federally Administered Tribal Areas. It takes its name from the Gomal River and is midway between the legendary Khyber Pass and the Bolan Pass. It connects Ghazni in Afghanistan with Tank and Dera Ismail Khan in Pakistan. Gondogoro Pass or Gondogoro La ( ur, گوندوگرو) is a 5585 meter high mountain pass in the Baltistan region of Pakistan 25 km south of the world's second-highest peak, K2. It connects the Gondogoro Glacier on the southwest and the Vigne Glacier on the northeast. On the southwest side, the route down from the pass descends into the Hushe village which contains the uppermost settlements of the Ghangche District. Most climbers and trekkers approach from the northeast side. In 1986, a route was established that connects Concordia in the upper Baltoro Glacier to the Hushe Valley over the Gondogoro Pass. Since then, the pass has attracted trekkers and climbers. This pass has one of the most overwhelming mountain panoramas, with all of the Karakoram's 8000m peaks close at hand. Dorah Pass
Dorah Pass, also called ''Durah Pass'', connects Badakshan Province of Afghanistan with Chitral District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The Dorah Pass is more than high.
