A foreign affairs minister or minister of foreign affairs (less commonly minister for foreign affairs) is generally a cabinet minister in charge of a state's foreign policy and relations. The formal title of the top official varies between countries. The foreign minister typically reports to the head of government (such as prime minister or president). Mahamoud Ali Youssouf
Mahamoud Ali Youssouf ( aa, Macamud Qali Yuusuf, so, Maxamuud Cali Yuusuf, ar, محمود علي يوسف; born 2 September 1965) is a Djiboutian diplomat. He has served in the government of Djibouti as Minister of Foreign Affairs since 2005. Biographies At the end of his schooling, he obtained his baccalaureate at the Djibouti high school in 1985. Between 1985 and 1990, he studied foreign languages applied at the Lumière University Lyon 2. During 1988, he studied business management at the University of Liverpool.
