The Sexy Hot Awards (in Brazilian: ''Prêmio Sexy Hot'') are pornographic film awards in Brazil. Structure The Sexy Hot Awards are sponsored and presented by the Brazilian adult cable channel Sexy Hot, and are meant to "encourage and recognize the work" of actors, actresses, producers and directors in Brazil's pornographic industry. Formerly called PIP (''Prêmio da Industria Pornô''), the ceremony came to be called the ''Prêmio Sexy Hot'' from its 2nd edition. The GayVN Awards are film awards presented annually to honor work done in the gay pornographic industry. The awards were sponsored by '' AVN Magazine'', the parent publication of ''GAYVN Magazine'', and continue the recognition for gay pornography which was part of the AVN Awards from 1986–1998. The awards went on a hiatus after the 2011 ceremony and returned in 2018. The award recipients are listed below by the year of the award ceremony. In 1998, the first year of the awards, awards were given for that current year's work. Starting with the awards show held in 2000, the awards were given for the previous year's work. The Venus Award is a film award in the adult film industry presented yearly in Berlin since 1997 as part of the Venus Berlin, an international erotic trade festival, on the exhibition grounds at the Funkturm Berlin, Funkturm. Prizes are offered in some 30 categories and there are live Striptease, strip stage shows with Toplessness, topless Mechanical bull, bull riding, oil wrestling and simulated live sex. UK Adult Film And Television Awards
The UK Adult Film and Television Awards (UKAFTAs) were a short-lived annual awards ceremony for the adult industry in the United Kingdom, which ran for two years from 2006 to 2008. Redzone Pictures and adult video producer Phil Black organised the awards in an attempt to promote the adult film industry in the UK. The inaugural awards show was held on 17 November 2006 at the Hammersmith Palais, London and was hosted by adult film performer and director Ben Dover. There were around thirty award categories, honouring performance, production, and technical achievements in film, television, and the Internet.
