Prospect Fighting Championships
Prospect Fighting Championships or PFC is a Canadian mixed martial arts promotion based in London, Ontario, Canada. Established in 2013, it is the oldest active promotion in the province. It was formerly known as the Provincial Fighting Championship (Provincial FC) before rebranding in 2015. The PFC provides talent to the UFC as a feeder organization. In 2023, the promotion signed a deal with Fite TV to stream events on their broadcast service. History Founded in 2013, by Jamie Champion, the Provincial Fighting Championship held three events in the province of Ontario, before rebranding to Prospect Fighting Championships (PFC) in 2015. Christopher Horodecki (born September 24, 1987) is a Polish-Canadian mixed martial artist. He has competed for the WEC, the IFL, Bellator, TKO Major League MMA, and Palace Fighting Championship. Kyle Nelson (born April 20, 1991) is a Canadian mixed martial artist who competes in the UFC Featherweight division. He previously competed for the RXF promotion, as well as Elite 1 MMA. Mikhail Cirkunovs (born February 27, 1987), better known as Misha Cirkunov is a Latvian-born Canadian professional mixed martial artist, who competed in the Light heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Background Son of Oleg and Olga, Cirkunov was born in Riga, Latvian SSR, Soviet Union (now Latvia) in 1987. Randa Cemil Markos-Thomas (born August 10, 1985) is an Iraqi-born Canadian professional mixed martial artist who competes in the strawweight division. She most notably fought in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Personal life Markos was born in Iraq in 1985. She is ethnically Assyrian.
