This is the list of ''Masterpiece Contemporary'' episodes in order by season. Episodes In early 2008, ''Masterpiece Theatre'' and its affiliated program ''Mystery!'' were reformatted as ''Masterpiece (TV series), Masterpiece''. ''Masterpiece'' is aired as three different series. Initially, ''Masterpiece Classic'' aired in the winter and early spring, ''Masterpiece Mystery!'' in the late spring and summer, and ''Masterpiece Contemporary'' in the fall. In later seasons, particularly after an increase in funding for WGBH and Masterpiece, the scheduling became more random. Currently, all three programs air at any time throughout the year, and on nearly half the Sundays, two episodes from two different miniseries will air on the same night. This lists the titles of the individual miniseries. Some ran for only one episode, many ran for two or more installments. Mystery!
''Mystery!'' is an anthology television series produced by WGBH Boston for PBS in the United States. The series was created as a mystery, police and crime drama spin-off of the PBS show ''Masterpiece Theatre''. From 1980 to 2007, ''Mystery!'' aired mostly British crime series purchased from or co-produced with the BBC or ITV and adapted from British mystery fiction. In 2002, due to pressure to include more American material, a series based on the novels of US mystery writer Tony Hillerman was produced, but the vast majority of ''Mystery!'' programming has always been and continues to be British literary adaptations co-produced with UK-based production companies. Collision (TV Series)
''Collision'' is a five-part British television drama serial, which debuted on ITV in November 2009. In the same month, it was also on PBS as a series in two parts. It tells the story of a group of strangers whose lives intertwine following a devastating car crash. The crash opens a number of startling revelations as stories of everything from government cover-ups and smuggling, to embezzlement and murder start to unravel. The original British broadcast of ''Collision'' was edited from the original 5 hours (shown in five parts) down to three and a half hours (210 minutes, shown in two parts).
