Sabine Peters (29 December 1912 – 10 October 1982) was a German film actress. Peters emerged as a film actress during the Nazi era, and played largely supporting roles. It is an adaptation of Gerhart Hauptmann's play ''The Beaver Coat''. The German premiere took place on 3 December 1937. Another film version of the play ''The Beaver Coat ''The Beaver Coat'' () is a satirical play by Gerhart Hauptmann premiered in Berlin in 1893. Hilde Weissner (3 July 1909 – 30 May 1987) was a German actress. Life and career Born on 3 July 1909 in Stettin, Germany (in what is, today, Szczecin, Poland), Hilde Weissner made her theatrical acting debut at the Schiller-Theatre in Hamburg-Altona in 1929, and then began her film career in 1934. She died on 30 May 1987 in Braunau am Inn, Braunau am Inn Bezirk, Upper Austria, and was laid to rest at the Ohlsdorfer Friedhof Cemetery in Ohlsdorf, Hamburg, Germany. Heinz von Cleve (27 June 1897 – 9 October 1984) was a German stage and film actor.Goble p.293 Life Cleve was the son of Gottlieb von Cleve, a young officer in the 2nd Dragoon Regiment, by his marriage to Elisabeth zu Dobeneck. He attended schools in his home town of Schwedt, Elbing, and Stettin, then in 1914 joined the 4th Guards Field Artillery Regiment in Potsdam and in 1915 was promoted to lieutenant. In July 1915 he was wounded at Krasnostaw, during the Mackensen Offensive, and later served on the Western Front, receiving the Iron Cross, First and Second Class. After the war, Cleve tried a banking career, then studied law and economics at Munich. In 1925 he gained a job with an Association of Industrialists in Dresden. In 1928 he became a stage actor, appearing in productions in Meissen, Hamburg, Nuremberg, Görlitz, and Berlin. Heinrich George
Georg August Friedrich Hermann Schulz (9 October 1893 – 25 September 1946), better known as Heinrich George (), was a German stage and film actor. Early life George was born in Pomerania to August Friedrich Schulz, a former Deck Officer in the Imperial German Navy, and Anna Auguste Wilhelmine Glander. He had one older brother. He did not complete school, but instead took acting classes in Stettin. In 1912, he made his stage debut in a production of '' Die keusche Susanne'' playing a waiter. His acting career was interrupted by the advent of World War I. He volunteered to fight and was seriously wounded in 1915. Frank Wisbar (born Franz Wysbar; 9 December 1899 – 17 March 1967) was a German film director and screenwriter. He directed more than 20 films between 1932 and 1967 in Germany and the United States, as well as amassing many television credits. He created the anthology drama series ''Fireside Theatre'' and was the show's producer in addition to frequently directing and writing episodes. Carsta Löck (28 December 1902 – 9 October 1993) was a German film actress. Life The daughter of a merchant grew up in Kiel and worked as a typographer. After training as an actor, she made her debut as Rosi in Hermann Sudermann's The Butterfly Battle in Berlin in 1930. In the same year she received an engagement at the touring theater of the German Volksbühnenvereine Berlin. From 1934 she made guest appearances on various Berlin stages such as the Theater am Nollendorfplatz, Lessingtheater, Komödie, Kammerspiele of the Deutsches Theater, Tribüne, Renaissance Theater and Schlossparktheater. Towards the end of the war she was also at the front in looking after the troops. In 1944 she was on the list of God-gifted people of the Reich Ministry for Public Enlightenment and Propaganda.
