''DuckTales (2017 TV series), DuckTales'' is an American animated television series developed by Matt Youngberg and Francisco Angones for Disney Television Animation. It premiered as a sneak preview on Disney XD on August 12, 2017, and regularly on September 23, later moving to Disney Channel on May 4, 2018. A reboot of DuckTales (1987 TV series), the eponymous 1987 television series, the show centers around the continuing adventures of trillionaire and adventurer Scrooge McDuck (David Tennant), and his three troublesome, yet caring triplet nephews, Huey, Dewey, and Louie (Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz, and Bobby Moynihan). Beck Bennett
Christopher Beck Bennett (born October 1, 1984) is an American actor and comedian. He was a cast member on the NBC sketch comedy series ''Saturday Night Live'' for eight seasons, joining for its 39th season in 2013 and leaving at the end of its 46th season in 2021. Before ''SNL'', he performed in AT&T's "It's Not Complicated" commercials, in which he interviewed children, and produced sketch videos with the comedy group Good Neighbor. Early life Bennett was born in Wilmette, Illinois, to Sarah and Andy Bennett. He performed in multiple shows at the Children's Theatre of Winnetka. He graduated in 2003 from New Trier High School, where he played Jean Valjean in his school's production of ''Les Misérables''. Bennett attended the USC School of Dramatic Arts in the B.F.A. Beagle Boys
The Beagle Boys are a group of cartoon characters created in 1951 by Carl Barks for the Donald Duck universe. They are a family clan of Organized crime, organized criminals who constantly try to rob Scrooge McDuck. Their introduction and first appearance was in "Terror of the Beagle Boys" (''Walt Disney's Comics and Stories'' No. 134, November 1951), although in this story they only appear in the last frame and have no lines. They appear again in the next issue in a similar fashion, in ''The Big Bin on Killmotor Hill'' (''Walt Disney's Comics and Stories'' No. 135, December 1951). The Beagle Boys in comics Barks/Rosa universe The Beagle Boys were originally created by Carl Barks and made their first appearance in the 10-page story "The Terror of the Beagle Boys" (WDC #134) that was first published in November 1951. Flintheart Glomgold
Flintheart Glomgold is a cartoon character created in 1956 by Carl Barks. He is a South African American Pekin Duck and the business rival of Scrooge McDuck, usually portrayed as an ambitious, ruthless, and manipulative businessman who shares many of the same qualities as Scrooge—the drive for massive wealth, and the cunning and creativity to obtain the same—but he lacks any of Scrooge's tendencies towards generosity and compassion. In Don Rosa's '' The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck'', he is said to be a Boer. Glomgold is one of Scrooge's main rivals along with the Beagle Boys, Magica De Spell, and John D. Rockerduck, and also holds the title of being the "Second Richest Duck in the World" while Scrooge is the richest.
