List Of Cardcaptor Sakura Characters
This article covers the major characters of Clamp's manga ''Cardcaptor Sakura'' and its respective anime and movies. The manga and anime focused on Japanese schoolgirl Sakura Kinomoto who finds the magical Clow Book in her father's basement study, accidentally unleashing the magical Clow Cards loose across her hometown Tomoeda. Dubbed the Cardcaptor by the cards' guardian Cerberus (better known as Kero-chan), Sakura must wield the Clow Staff to capture the card spirits and turn them back into cards for her use. Clamp (manga Artists)
Clamp (stylized in all caps) is an all-female Japanese manga artist group, consisting of leader and writer Nanase Ohkawa (born in Osaka), and three artists whose roles shift for each series: Mokona, Tsubaki Nekoi, and Satsuki Igarashi (all born in Kyoto). Clamp was first formed in the mid-1980s as an eleven-member group creating ''dōjinshi'' (self-published Fan labor, fan works), and began creating original manga in 1987. By the time the group made its mainstream publishing debut with ''RG Veda'' in 1989, it was reduced to seven members; three more members left in 1993, leaving the four current members of the group. Masaya Onosaka
is a Japanese voice actor who works for Aoni Production. In 2010 he won the "Best Personality" Seiyu Award. Onosaka was born in Sumiyoshi-ku, Osaka. Wendee Lee
Wendee Lee (born February 20) is an American voice actress, writer, and director. Early life Lee studied dance and theater and later became a full-time dancer in her teens. According to her interview on the '' Magic Knight Rayearth'' DVDs, she started doing voices at school and got in trouble for it. Career Lee's first anime voice role was in Harmony Gold production ''Robotech'' in the 1980s, where she voiced Vanessa Leeds, one of the operators aboard the SDF-1 Macross. She also worked with Streamline on several anime productions including ''Dragon Ball''. She would continue dance and work part-time as a make-up artist, choreographer, and dance instruction.
