This is a current listing of the media in Kouhei Kadono's Boogiepop series, ''Boogiepop'' series. This metaseries currently consists of 23 light novels, three four-volume light novel spin-off series, a live-action movie, two anime television series, four manga serials, audio CDs, and other books. An oddity of the ''Boogiepop'' titles is that they are almost always made of more than one title, and often there is a mix of English and Japanese titles. Kouhei Kadono
is a Japanese author, best known for the ''Boogiepop'' series which has received multiple manga adaptations, a live action film, and two television anime. Biography Born on December 12, 1968, Kadono graduated from Hosei University. In 1998, his light novel ''Boogiepop and Others'' won the Fourth Dengeki Novel Prize and was later adapted into a manga that was illustrated by Kouji Ogata. An anime spin-off of the Boogiepop series, ''Boogiepop Phantom'', aired in 2000 animated by Madhouse and an anime adaptation of the series was released in 2019 by the same studio. Sugar Plant is a Japanese dream pop band. Unlike most rock music, their music is generally very slow, mellow and melodic, in the vein of similar American "slowcore" groups such as Galaxie 500, Bedhead, or Low. The band consists of vocalist Chinatsu Shoyama and guitarist Shin'ichi Ogawa; the band also usually includes a keyboardist and drummer, these roles being filled by a changing roster of musicians.
