This is a list of contestants who have appeared on the American television show ''America's Next Top Model''. Hosted by model Tyra Banks and her panel of judges, a number of aspiring models compete to win a modeling contract with a top modeling agency, a cover and/or spread in a fashion magazine, and a cosmetics campaign. The series first aired in 2003 and as of 2018, twenty-four cycles have aired. America's Next Top Model
''America's Next Top Model'' (abbreviated ''ANTM'' and ''Top Model'') is an American reality television series and interactive competition in which a number of aspiring models compete for the title of "America's Next Top Model" and a chance to begin their career in the modeling industry. Created by Tyra Banks, who also serves as an executive producer, and developed by Ken Mok and Kenya Barris, the series premiered in May 2003, and aired semiannually until 2012, then annually from 2013. The first six seasons (referred to as "cycles") aired on UPN, before UPN merged with The WB to create The CW in 2006. The following sixteen cycles aired on The CW until the series was first cancelled in October 2015. The series was revived in 2016 and has been airing on VH1 ever since. Krista White (born December 19, 1984) is an American fashion model, best known as the winner of Cycle 14 of ''America's Next Top Model''. As part of her win, she was signed with Wilhelmina Models, received a $100,000 contract with Covergirl, and appeared on the cover of Seventeen Magazine. Early life White was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She worked as a retail manager before her stint on ANTM. ''Americas Next Top Model'' White won the fourteenth cycle of America's Next Top Model. She received four consecutive first call-outs. She was never placed in the bottom two, making her the fourth winner to achieve this record, preceded by winners Jaslene Gonzalez, McKey Sullivan, and Nicole Fox. Lio Tipton (born Analeigh Tipton; November 9, 1988) is an American actor and fashion model. Tipton is known for being the last eliminated on Cycle 11 of '' America's Next Top Model'' and for their roles in the films '' Crazy, Stupid, Love'' (2011), ''Warm Bodies'' (2013), and '' Two Night Stand'' (2014). Early life Tipton was born on November 9, 1988, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They began ice skating at two and a half years old. When Tipton was eight years old, their family relocated to Sacramento, California and they went to school in Placerville, California. Tipton competed in four U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships. The eleventh cycle of ''America's Next Top Model'' premiered on September 3, 2008, and was the fifth season to be aired on The CW network. The promotional catchphrase of the cycle was "Feel The Love." The prizes for this cycle were: * A modeling contract with Elite Model Management. * A fashion spread and cover in Seventeen. * A 100,000 contract with CoverGirl cosmetics. The ninth cycle of ''America's Next Top Model'' was the third season of the series to be aired on The CW network. This cycle's promotional tagline was "The Future Of Fashion." Nyle DiMarco
Nyle DiMarco (born May 8, 1989) is an American model, actor, and deaf activist. In 2015, DiMarco was the winner of The CW's reality television series ''America's Next Top Model'' in season 22, becoming the second male winner and the first deaf winner. In the following year, he and professional dance partner Peta Murgatroyd were the winners of the ABC televised dance competition ''Dancing with the Stars'' in season 22. Early life DiMarco was born in Queens, New York as Nyle Thompson, explaining in 2016 that at some unspecified point, "We changed our last name from Thompson to DiMarco (our mother's maiden name)."
