Liam Rose
Liam Joseph Rose (born 7 April 1997) is an Australian professional soccer player who plays as a defensive midfielder for A-League Men club Macarthur FC. Career Rose was educated at Bossley Park High School. Central Coast Mariners Rose was signed alongside fellow AIS scholarship holder Anthony Kalik on full senior contracts by then Central Coast Mariners' coach Graham Arnold. He made his professional A-League debut as a second-half substitute in a 2–1 win over Adelaide United on 7 February 2015. On 18 April 2018, following the end of his contract, Central Coast Mariners announced that Rose's contact would not be renewed. In the sport of association football, a midfielder takes an outfield position primarily in the middle of the pitch. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. Graham Arnold
Graham James Arnold (born 3 August 1963) is an Australian association football, professional football manager and former player who is currently the head coach of the Iraq national football team, Iraq national team. Arnold was first appointed to work as a head coach of the Australian national soccer team in 2000. After head coach Frank Farina was sacked in 2005, Arnold worked with Guus Hiddink for the 2006 FIFA World Cup campaign, in which they made the second round of the finals. Anthony Kalik (born 5 November 1997) is an Australian professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Hajduk Split. Kalik played youth football at Manly United FC and was then offered a 2 year scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport before making his professional debut for Central Coast Mariners.
