''Leibovitz v. Paramount Pictures Corp.'', 137 F.3d 109 (2d Cir. 1998), is an influential Second Circuit fair use case. The Aphrodite of Knidos (or Cnidus) was an Ancient Greek sculpture of the goddess Aphrodite created by Praxiteles of Athens around the 4th century BC.
