Tamar (Tako) Charkviani ( ka, თამარ (თაკო) ჩარკვიანი; born 22 September 1962) is a Georgian politician, a former member of the Parliament of Georgia, and the founder of the political party Law and Justice (Georgia), Law and Justice. Biography Early life and education Tamar Charkviani was born on 22 September 1962 in then-Georgian Soviet Socialist Republic, Soviet Georgia, daughter of poet and politician Jansug Charkviani, Jansugh Charkviani. 2020 Georgian Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Georgia (country), Georgia on 31 October and 21 November 2020 to elect the 150 members of Parliament of Georgia, Parliament. As no candidate received more than 50% of the vote in the first round, a runoff between Salome Zourabichvili and Grigol Vashadze was held on 28 November 2018.
