Lauren Williams (ice Hockey)
Lauren Williams (born September 9, 1996) is a Canadian professional women's ice hockey player with the PWHPA. An alumna of the Wisconsin Badgers women's ice hockey program, Williams was the first pick overall in the 2018 CWHL Draft by the Blades. Playing career Williams won a gold medal with Team Ontario Blue at the 2012 Canadian U18 National Championships. University of Wisconsin Williams joined the University of Wisconsin for the 2014–15 season. In her senior year, Williams was named an alternate captain. CWHL Williams was selected by the Worcester Blades with the first pick overall in the 2018 CWHL Draft. As the first overall pick, the Blades pre-signed her for the 2018–19 season. Courtney Turner (born June 17, 1994) is a women's ice hockey player. She played with the Union Dutchwomen and amassed 28 career points while with the college program. The 2017 CWHL draft was the eighth in the history of the Canadian Women's Hockey League. Annie Pankowski
Annie Pankowski (born November 4, 1994) is an American women's ice hockey player with the PWHPA and the United States women's national ice hockey team. She was the first California born and trained player to make the United States women's national under-18 ice hockey team. Playing career Across 154 NCAA games, Pankowski put up 206 points. She took leave for the 2017-18 season to train with the American Olympic team. She was a Patty Kazmaier Award finalist three years in a row from 2016 to 2019. She was drafted 1st overall by the Metropolitan Riveters in the 2018 NWHL Draft, but has yet to make an appearance for the club. In May 2019, she joined the PWHPA, after the collapse of the CWHL.
