Larbert Amateurs Football Club was a football club from Larbert, in Stirlingshire, Scotland, which reached the second round of the Scottish Cup in 1937–38. History Local amateur players formed sides under the name Larbert Amateurs occasionally either side of World War 1, but the formal Larbert Amateurs club was set up at the start of the 1923–24 season, at a meeting on 28 August 1923, the club joining the eastern division of the Scottish Amateur League. Stirlingshire Cup The club's only success in the amateur system was reaching Scottish Amateur Cup final in 1924–25, losing 1–0 to Coldstream F.C., Coldstream, Tocher scoring the only goal after 20 minutes. From 1925–26 to 1939–40, the club entered the Stirlingshire Cup. The club played in 16 ties in the main competition and the Consolation Cup for clubs eliminated before the final, and lost 14 of them. Larbert
Larbert ( gd, Lèirbert/Leth-pheairt, sco, Lairbert) is a small town in the Falkirk council area of Scotland. The town lies in the Forth Valley above the River Carron which flows from the west. Larbert is from the shoreline of the Firth of Forth and northwest of Falkirk, the main town in the area. The village of Stenhousemuir lies directly east of Larbert, with both settlements being contiguous and sharing certain public amenities with one another. In medieval times, the Larbert area was heavily forested, but this was cleared and gave rise to much of the agricultural land which surrounds the town. The coming of industry and especially the arrival in the 1840s of the Scottish Central Railway, which passes through the village, provided a base for economic growth. From the late 18th century until the mid-20th century heavy industry, such as boilermaking, casting and manufacturing underpinned the economy of Larbert. The Scottish Football League (SFL) was a league featuring professional and semi-professional football clubs mostly from Scotland.One club, Berwick Rangers, is based in the town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, which is located approximately 4 km south of the Anglo-Scottish border. Ochilview
Ochilview Park is a football stadium in Stenhousemuir in the Falkirk council area of Scotland. It is the home ground of Scottish League Two club Stenhousemuir, and is also currently shared by Scottish Championship club Queen's Park and East of Scotland Football League Second Division club Syngenta. The stadium has a capacity of with 626 seated. Ochilview was opened in 1890 and has been the home of Stenhousemuir since then. It has also temporarily hosted home games of other nearby clubs including Stirling Albion, Falkirk and East Stirlingshire. Hamilton Academical Football Club, often known as Hamilton Accies, or The Accies, is a Scottish football club from Hamilton, South Lanarkshire who currently compete in the Scottish Championship, having been relegated from the 2020–21 Scottish Premiership. Moorpark is a city in Ventura County in Southern California. Moorpark was founded in 1900. The town grew from just over 4,000 citizens in 1980 to over 25,000 by 1990. As of 2006, Moorpark was one of the fastest-growing cities in Ventura County.. The population was 34,421 at the 2010 census, up from 31,415 at the 2000 census.
