Lamb (2021 Film)
''Lamb'' () is a 2021 folk horror film directed by Valdimar Jóhannsson, who the screenplay with Sjón. It marks Valdimar's List of directorial debuts, directorial debut and stars Noomi Rapace and Hilmir Snær Guðnason as a couple who adopt a mysterious Hybrid (biology), hybrid as their own. An international co-production, international between Iceland, Sweden, and Poland, the film features Rapace and Hungarian filmmaker Béla Tarr as executive producers. Valdimar Jóhannsson
Valdimar Jóhannsson (born 28 April 1978) is an Icelandic film director and screenwriter. Valdimar was born in northern Iceland in 1978. He has worked in various filmmaking jobs, including grip, lighting, cinematographer and effects technician on projects including ''Rogue One'', ''The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013 film), The Secret Life of Walter Mitty'', ''LazyTown'', ''Amundsen (film), Amundsen'', ''Game of Thrones'', and ''Prometheus (2012 film), Prometheus''. In 2003 he made his first short film entitled ''Pjakkur''. He presented his short film ''Dolor'' in 2008 at the Reykjavík International Film Festival. The Nordic Council Film Prize is an annual film prize administered by the Nordic Council. The Nordisk Film & TV Fond is the funding body that administers the prize.
