Laguna Verde () is a private housing estate developed by Cheung Kong Holdings, located in Tai Wan, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It consists of 25 residential towers. Laguna Mall There is a small shopping centre/office building nearby named The Laguna Mall, that was previously named Fishermen's Wharf. The Office of CLP (China Light Power) is located at the second and third floors of the shopping centre. On the first floor are mainly tutorial centers and a restaurant named Laguna Palace which attracts a lot of Mainland Chinese tourists. Tutorial Centers like Eye Level and Mathnasium are opened on the first floor. There are lower and upper ground floors. Hung Hom (, ) is an area in the southeast of Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong. Including the areas of Whampoa, Tai Wan, Hok Yuen, Lo Lung Hang and No. 12 Hill are administratively part of the Kowloon City District, with a portion west of Hung Hom Bay in the Yau Tsim Mong District. Hung Hom serves mainly residential purposes, but it is mixed with some industrial buildings in the north. Geography Hung Hom is in the southeast of the Kowloon Peninsula.
