La Ragazza Del Futuro
''La ragazza del futuro'' is the seventh studio album by Italian singer-songwriter Cesare Cremonini, released by Universal Music Italy and Virgin Records on 25 February 2022. Background and composition After publishing his sixth studio album ''Possibili scenari'' in 2017, Cremonini take a recording hiatus, embracing the Cremonini Live 2018 Tour. In 2019 he published his third compilation album ''Cremonini 2C2C - The Best Of'' promoted by the new single "Al telefono". Between January and November 2021 Cremonini recorded and composed new songs, announcing the publication of his seventh studio album ''La ragazza del futuro''. The record project features fourteen tracks, written and produced by Cremonini himself with Alessandro Magnani and Alessandro De Crescenzo. The album also features collaborations by Davide Petrella, Davide Rossi, Steve Jordan and Niki Ingman. Cesare Cremonini (musician)
Cesare Cremonini (; born 27 March 1980) is an Italian singer-songwriter, record producer and actor. Cremonini started his career as the lead vocalist of Italian band Lùnapop between 1999 and 2002. In 2002, he signed with Warner Music Group publishing three studio albums ''Bagus'', ''Maggese'' and ''Il primo bacio sulla Luna,'' reaching the top-ten of the Italian Albums Chart. In 2011, Cremonini signed with Universal Music Italia publishing his fourth studio album ''La teoria dei colori'' promoted by the singles " Il comico (Sai che risate)" and " La nuova stella di Broadway". Davide Petrella (born 6 August 1985), also known as Tropico, is an Italian singer-songwriter, composer, and lyricist. Life and career Born in Naples, Petrella started his career as founder and frontman of the band Le Strisce, with whom he recorded three albums. The Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana (FIMI) or the Federation of the Italian Music Industry is an umbrella organization that keeps track of virtually all aspects of the music recording industry in Italy. It was established in 1992, when major corporate labels left the previously existing Associazione dei Fonografici Italiani (AFI). During the following years, most of the remaining Italian record labels left AFI to join the new organisation. As of 2011, FIMI represents 2,500 companies operating in the music business. FIMI is a member of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry and of the Italian employers' federation, Confindustria. Ernesto Assante (12 February 1958 – 26 February 2024) was an Italian music critic, essayist and journalist. He has been described as 'a prophet of contemporary journalism back in the 1990s'. Life and career Born in Naples, Assante started his career as a collaborator of some Roman private radios and as a music journalist for the newspapers ' and ''Il manifesto''. Starting from 1978, he was a long-time collaborator of ''La Repubblica'', for which he served as editor-in-chief, and also founded its official website repubblica.it and directed the Kataweb portal. Steve Jordan (born January 14, 1957) is an American musical director, producer, songwriter, and musician. Currently, he is the drummer for the Rolling Stones. During the 1970s and 1980s, he was a member of the bands for the television shows ''Saturday Night Live'' and '' Late Night with David Letterman''. Davide Rossi (born 7 August 1970) is an Italian violinist, string arranger, orchestrator, songwriter, composer and conductor, perhaps best known for having been the electric violinist and multi-instrumentalist for the British electronic music duo Goldfrapp from 2000 until 2013, and for his large contribution of electric violin parts and for most of the string arrangements on all Coldplay's albums since ''Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends'' (2008).
