La Buena Vida (The Good Life) is a Spanish indie pop group from Donostia, San Sebastián, Spain. The band was formed in 1988 and continues to make music as of today. They have recorded 7 albums and 14 Extended play, EPs. Their music is a form of pop also known as the Donosti Sound, a 1990s indie pop movement in San Sebastián. Biography The band's career can be divided into two stages. Initially, their music bore many similarities in sound and attitude with groups known as "twee pop", in particular those of the legendary UK label Sarah Records and of their countrymen Aventuras de Kirlian. Love is an American rock music, rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1965. Led by Arthur Lee (musician), Arthur Lee, the band's primary songwriter, they were one of the first racially diverse American rock bands. Pic-Nic was a Spanish teenage folk-pop and sunshine pop band formed in Barcelona in the mid-to-late 1960s, composed of lead singer Jeanette, guitarists Toti Soler and Al Cárdenas, drummer Jordi Barangé and bassist Isidoro "Doro" de Mentaberry. Although keyboardist Jordi Sabatés is often mentioned as a member of the band, he does not appear on any of the group's releases, having joined after their only published recording sessions had taken place. Honeybus
Honeybus were a 1960s pop group formed in April 1967, in London. They are best known for their 1968 UK top 10 hit single, " I Can't Let Maggie Go", written by group member Pete Dello who also composed their previous single "(Do I Figure) In Your Life", later recorded by Dave Berry, Ian Matthews, Joe Cocker, Dave Stewart, Paul Carrack, Samantha Jones, Dana, Pierce Turner, and Euros Childs. Career The band's main composers were Dello and Ray Cane although Colin Hare also contributed songs. The group's supporters and critics, amongst them Kenny Everett, compared the band to '' Rubber Soul''-era Beatles.
