The La Liga Save of the Month is an association football award that recognises the goalkeeper (association football), goalkeeper deemed to have made the best La Liga save (association football), save in each month of the season from August to May. The award was introduced for the 2024–25 La Liga, 2024–25 season. Diego José Conde Alcolado (born 28 October 1998) is a Spanish professional association football, footballer who plays as a goalkeeper (association football), goalkeeper for Villarreal CF. Club career Born in Madrid, Conde joined Atlético Madrid's youth setup in 2007. Promoted to Atlético Madrid B, the reserves ahead of the 2017–18 Segunda División B, 2017–18 season, he made his senior debut on 19 November 2017 by starting in a 3–0 Segunda División B away loss against Deportivo Fabril.
