Mikhail Yakovlevich Voronin (; 26 March 1945 – 22 May 2004) was a Soviet and Russian gymnast who competed for the Soviet Union in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He won seven medals, including two gold, at the 1968 Summer Olympics, as well as two silver medals at the 1972 Summer Olympics. Volodymyr Ivanovych Radchenko (; 23 October 1948 – 4 January 2023) was a Ukrainian politician and General of Army of Ukraine. Radchenko served as Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (1994–1995), Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (1995–1998, 2001–2003), and Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (2003–2005).
