''Krive riječi'' ( en, Wrong Words) is the debut studio album by Bosnian pop-ballad singer Maya Sar. It was released 1 June 2013 through Hayat Production in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Aquarius Records in Croatia, and City Records in Montenegro and Serbia. Maja Sarihodžić (; ; born 12 July 1981), known by her stage name Maya Sar, is a Bosnian singer-songwriter. She represented Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest with the song " Korake ti znam". Her debut album '' Krive riječi'' was released 1 June 2013. Early life and education In 2005, Maya Sar graduated with a Bachelor of Music with concentration on piano from University of Sarajevo's Sarajevo Music Academy. Before she started her solo career, Sar was a backing vocalist for many famous singers, including Dino Merlin. Ballad
A ballad is a form of verse, often a narrative set to music. Ballads derive from the medieval French ''chanson balladée'' or '' ballade'', which were originally "dance songs". Ballads were particularly characteristic of the popular poetry and song of Britain and Ireland from the Late Middle Ages until the 19th century. The Eurovision Song Contest 2012 was the 57th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. Korake Ti Znam
Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 with the song "Korake ti znam" written and performed by Maya Sar. On 15 December 2011, the Bosnian broadcaster Radio and Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHRT) revealed that they had internally selected Maya Sar to compete at the 2012 contest in Baku, Azerbaijan. Her song, "Korake ti znam", was presented to the public during a show on 15 March 2012. Bosnia and Herzegovina was drawn to compete in the second semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest which took place on 24 May 2012. Nina Badrić
Nina Badrić (; born 4 July 1972) is a Croatian pop singer and songwriter. She began performing in the early 1990s, and competed in " Dora" – the Croatian selection for Eurovision Song Contest 4 times. She won 7th place in 1993 with "Ostavljam te", 10th place in 1994 with "Godine nestvarne", 18th place in 1995 with "Odlaziš zauvijek", and second place in 2003 with "Čarobno jutro". Karolina Gočeva ( mk, Каролина Гочева, ; born 28 April 1980), sometimes credited as Karolina Gocheva or known only as Karolina, is a Macedonian pop singer. Aleksandra Radović ( sr-cyr, Александра Радовић, born 10 September 1974) is a Serbian singer-songwriter, vocal coach, television judge and voice actress. Born in Bogatić, she graduated from the Music Academy in Novi Sad, majoring in music pedagogy.
