''Maandblad de Krant'' (formerly de Hollandse Krant) is a monthly magazine for Dutch immigrants in Canada and the United States. Since April 2008 it has been published by Mokeham Publishing Inc. First in Penticton, British Columbia, in 2013 the publishing firm relocated to Oakville, Ontario. Previously it was published by the Timmer Publishing Company in Langley. Maandblad de Krant is also known to its readers as De Krant, which is Dutch for "the Newspaper". It is printed in a tabloid newspaper format and is the only North American publication that caters to Dutch immigrants. De Krant has a monthly column in West Frisian, covering a quarter page. It is the only publication in North America that publishes original material in the West Frisian language. De Krant brings a selection of news stories related to the Netherlands, but its main focus is the publication of personal columns and editorials by a number of Dutch immigrants to Canada and the United States. Gay Krant
''Gay Krant'' was a Dutch magazine written for the gay community, published every month since 1980. It was published by the Best Publishing Group under leadership of Henk Krol. The magazine has its headquarters in Amsterdam. After a bankruptcy in 2013, the magazine was taken over by the companies behind the other gay media Winq, Gay.nl and OUTTV. The Gay Krant then first appeared as a combined edition with homoglossy Winq under the name Winq , Gaykrant, but eventually the indication Gaykrant disappeared and nowadays the magazine is simply called Winq. Since August 2017, Gaykrant has been re-launched (online only) and is part of the Gaykrant Foundation. ''Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds'' is a real-time strategy video game set in the Star Wars universe. It was developed by LucasArts and Ensemble Studios. It was released in November 2001. An expansion pack, ''Clone Campaigns'', was released on May 14, 2002, adding two new factions and campaigns. Later that year, both ''Galactic Battlegrounds'' and ''Clone Campaigns'' were released in a box set, ''Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds Saga''. The games were built on the Genie engine by Ensemble Studios, the same one used in ''Age of Empires'' and ''Age of Empires II''. Gameplay The player starts the game with a Command Center, a scout, and three workers (in a normal random map game) for whichever of the six original factions they choose.
