Kitchee Sports Club (; ; ) is a Hong Kong professional football club based in Kowloon. It was founded in 1931 and currently competes in the Hong Kong Premier League. The club has won 12 league titles, including six Hong Kong First Division titles and six Hong Kong Premier League titles. They also won nine Senior Shields and seven Hong Kong FA Cups. The club is also the first Hong Kong club to win a game in AFC Champions League group stage and to advance to the round of 16 of the competition. Yau Kin Wai
Yau Kin Wai (; born 4 January 1973) is a Hong Kong former professional footballer who played as a defender. Club career Yau had played for Hong Kong First Division League club South China for more than 10 years and is regarded as one of the most decorated defenders in Hong Kong. He had been voted as the Hong Kong Footballer of the Year in the 1998–99 season and had been voted as Hong Kong Top Footballers for 6 times. Lam Sheung Yee
Spencer Lam Sheung Yee (; 14 December 1934 – 23 April 2009) was a football defender, coach and announcer, as well as an actor. Spencer was a graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong with an economics major. He was once a secondary school teacher in Hong Kong while working as a voice actor on television advertisements and a football player. Hong Kong Junior Challenge Shield
Hong Kong Junior Shield () was a football competition in Hong Kong established in 1922. All teams in the Second Division and the Third Division were included in the competition. South China was the most successful club, winning 9 titles. History Hong Kong Junior Challenge Shield was founded by the Hong Kong Football Association in 1922. The first champion was King's Own Rifles. Athletic, champions of 1927–28, were the first Chinese team to win the Junior Challenge Shield. Hong Kong Second Division League () is the third level of association football, football league in Hong Kong founded in 1909. The top two teams are promoted to the Hong Kong First Division League, Hong Kong First Division. Competition format * The teams play single round robin. The Hong Kong First Division League () is the second-highest division in the Hong Kong football league system. Established in 1908, it is the List of oldest football competitions, third oldest in Asia, after Calcutta and Bombay. Moreover, it is the oldest top-flight league system in Asia.
