The Kissock Block Building is a historic commercial building located at 115–121 East Mountain Avenue in Fort Collins, Colorado. The two-story brick structure was completed in 1889 and was designed and built by local builder-architect Montezuma Fuller. Montezuma Fuller
Montezuma Fuller (1858–1925) was an American architect. He was the "most notable architect in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries" of Fort Collins, Colorado. and He was born November 13, 1858, in Nova Scotia. In 1880 he came to Fort Collins, Colorado and worked for local contractors.
