Kelowna is a federal electoral district (Canada), electoral district in the Provinces and territories of Canada, Canadian province of British Columbia, Canada, that was created as a result of the 2022 Canadian federal electoral redistribution. It was first contested in the 2025 Canadian federal election. Geography Under the 2022 Canadian federal electoral redistribution, the district was created from portions of Kelowna—Lake Country (federal electoral district), Kelowna–Lake Country, Vernon—Lake Country—Monashee, and Okanagan Lake West—South Kelowna. 2025 Canadian Federal Election
The 2025 Canadian federal election was held on April 28, 2025, to elect members of the House of Commons of Canada, House of Commons to the 45th Canadian Parliament. This is a list of Canada's 343 federal electoral districts (commonly referred to as '' ridings'' in Canadian English) as defined by the ''2023 Representation Order''. Canadian federal electoral districts are constituencies that elect members of Parliament to the House of Commons of Canada every election. Provincial electoral districts often have names similar to their local federal counterpart but usually have different geographic boundaries. The federal electoral redistribution of 2012 was a redistribution (election), redistribution of Electoral district (Canada), electoral districts ("ridings") in Canada following the results of the 2011 Canadian census.
