Kelley Packer
Kelley Packer was a Republican Idaho State Representative from 2012 to 2018 representing District 28 in the B seat and was a Republican candidate for lieutenant governor in the 2018 primary election. Hagedorn was a Republican Idaho Senator representing District 14 from 2012 to 2018.
